It’s day five of the Carnival Dream’s dry dock and refurbishment and the RedFrog Rum Bar and the BlueIguana Tequila Bar are beginning to take shape on Lido Deck.   Workers are pictured here slowly piecing together the unique components of each bar, all part of Fun Ship 2.0, a $500 million enhancement program that is adding a number of exciting innovations across the line’s fleet.

Soon, guests hanging out on Carnival Dream’s Lido Deck will be able to choose between the fun Caribbean vibe at RedFrog Rum Bar, offering refreshing Caribbean rum-based frozen drinks and beers, or the laid-back Mexican themed atmosphere of the BlueIguana Tequila Bar, with tequila-based frozen drinks and Mexican beers.

Carnival Dream is scheduled to resume its year-round seven-day Caribbean schedule from Port Canaveral, Fla., Sept. 22, 2012.  Be sure to check back for additional images of the ship’s dry dock progress.
