In Carnival’s inaugural how-to video that debuted last week, Food Network personality Guy Fieri showed viewers how to make a tasty Texas-style burger from Guy’s Burger Joint restaurants which are featured on several ships.

In the second installation in the series, Carnival’s Director of Product Development Greg Poplewko lets viewers in on the secret to making the famous pulled pork sandwich at Fat Jimmy’s BBQ, a complimentary open-air dining venue.

Assisted by Chef Agnelo D Souza, Poplewko demonstrates step-by-step instructions for re-creating the tasty sandwich, from seasoning and slow-cooking the pork shoulder to preparing the bread and toppings, and plating the dish.  Poplewko reminds viewers to bring plenty of napkins because “you’re going to need them.”

Future how-to videos will show viewers how to re-create the specialty cocktails at the pharmacy-themed Alchemy Bar, as well as tasty Mexican fare at BlueIguana Cantina and, of course, the line’s legendary towel animals.
