Two information technology employees from Carnival Cruise Lines have been recognized for excellence in their field by the Help Desk Institute (HDI), an organization comprised of computer help desk professionals. 

Carlos Negron, help desk support specialist, was named the HDI’s Analyst of the Year for the southeast region for his commitment to excellence in the areas of customer service, problem solving, and overall performance.

Antonio Di Perna, Carnival’s supervisor of I/S configuration management, was recognized as Officer of the Year by HDI’s South Florida chapter, acknowledging his outstanding efforts in leadership and membership development, as well as his role in the chapter earning Platinum Circle of Excellence status.
