Carnival’s new instructional video series continues on YouTube with step-by-step instructions for recreating the delicious hand-made tortillas featured at the BlueIguana Cantina, a popular poolside Mexican-themed eatery featured on several of the line’s ships.

Carnival’s Director of Product Development Greg Poplewko and Chef Sikman provide viewers with easy-to-follow instructions for making fresh-from-the-grill homemade tortillas which can then be filled with chicken, beef, or fish to replicate the tasty offerings available at the BlueIguana Cantina.

Poplewko notes that more than 1,000 tortillas are freshly made each day by chefs at the BlueIguana Cantina (who have a distinct advantage over home chefs as they can use the cruise industry’s only tortilla-making machine!).

BlueIguana Cantina is part of Fun Ship 2.0, a $500 million product enhancement initiative that has added a variety of dining, bar and entertainment innovations throughout the Carnival fleet since being launched in 2011.
