Carnival Cruise Line received “Best Service” and “Best Nightlife” honors in Cruise Critic’s 11th annual Editors’ Picks Awards in the Ocean Cruise Line category. This honor marks the second consecutive year that Carnival has earned “Best Service” honors.
The awards are selected by a global panel of cruise experts from Cruise Critic, the world’s largest cruise reviews site and online cruise community. Based on first-hand experience and cruise industry knowledge, the experts identify the top cruise lines each year across a variety of categories to help travelers select the best cruise brands for their desired vacations.
Carnival earned “Best Service” honors for two years running for providing friendly and attentive service from its 39,000 team members fleetwide who serve more than 5.2 million guests annually. Team members undergo extensive training programs in personalized service, hospitality and creating engaging vacation experiences.
Cruise Critic editors commented: “Across the fleet, Carnival employees seem empowered to be problem solvers, and the good-humored and light-hearted atmosphere they create onboard is welcomed by vacationers from solo travelers to families.”
Carnival also earned “Best Nightlife” recognition for providing guests with fun, non-stop nightlife experiences. The line’s legendary deck parties, interactive high-tech Playlist Productions shows and all-ages comedy shows at Punchliner Comedy Club are only a few of the countless options onboard Carnival’s ships. From sizzling dance clubs and rollicking piano bars to family favorites, Hasbro, The Game Show and Lip Sync Battle, there is something for every Carnival guest even into late hours of the night.
