Kristen Campos

Kristen Campos is the Chief Communications Officer for Carnival Cruise Line, a role she assumed in February 2026. She leads the company’s global communications strategy, strengthening the Carnival brand and safeguarding its reputation. As a key member of the executive leadership team, she advises on communications, government affairs, and community relations.

Kristen brings more than 25 years of communications experience, including 15 years with Mars, Incorporated, where she held global and regional Corporate Affairs leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President of North American Corporate Affairs for Mars Food & Nutrition, guiding strategies that accelerated growth, supported business transformation, and enhanced brand reputation.

Before joining Mars, Kristen held senior communications roles across several major companies, including United Airlines, Beam Suntory, Navistar International, and Edelman.

She is a four‑time Ragan Communication CSR & Diversity Awards recipient, a three‑time Ragan Communications Diversity and Equity Award honoree, and an Effie Award winner for Crisis Response. Kristen has been recognized as a PRWeek Distinguished Woman of PR, is a Food Leaders Fellow of the Aspen Institute, and is a member of the Arthur Page Society.

Kristen holds both a BA and MA in Communications from Eastern Illinois University. She and her husband Marco have three children and are from Chicago, Ill.
